How long does it take you to put your 2-3 month old down for naps/bedtime?

How long does it take you to put your 2-3 month old down for naps/bedtime?
Its taking forever for me lately and I am watching his sleepy cues like a freakin hawk!

I let DS nap on his schedule so when I see him yawn, rub his eyes and/or turn his head left and right alot (i.e. trying to get comfy) I know its nap time

Ugh... at bedtime, we are much better than naps.
We have settled into a 7:30 bedtime for DD who is 11 weeks. I BF her and I am probably able to put her in her crib within 15-20 minutes.
For naps, I am raising yet another horrible napper. I cannot get my DD to nap without her falling asleep on me. I was able to get her to sleep in her swing this morning, but it took quite a bit of crying, screaming, rocking, bouncing before she finally fell asleep.

Well, at night I nurse him to sleep so when he is done nuring he goes right down. FOr naps I usally do the same (nurse to sleep) I know it's bad for them to get used to that but it works for us now!

I do the same. Although lately DS doesnt seem to be too interested in napping. They seem to be getting shorter and shorter.
