Mom's of 15 month old what is your bedtime routine like?

I would love to hear how everyone else bedtime routine is like.

Riley has dinner around 5ish
Bath at 6:45
Sippy cup of milk 7-7:30
brush teething read book then bed around 8-8:30

When do you change there diaper again?? Lately I'm trying to get her to sleep in her crib and I used to change her again once she would fall asleep now I'm putting her into her crib to fall asleep so now she has a really wet diaper and not sure if I should take her out of the crib to change her!!

Sorry if this sounds dumb just a very tired mom right now

DD's schedule is:

5:30 - dinner
5:30-6:50 - playtime/sesame street/walks with mommy and daddy
6:50-7:10 - bath, pajamas (she brushes her teeth in the bathtub)
7:10-7:30 - bottle and chill time with mommy and daddy
7:30 - she is literally walking herself to her crib because she is so tired.

5:30 dinner
6-7 play time/winding down watching TV
7 dessert (usually a yobaby yogurt), followed by a DVR'd SuperWhy
7:30 shower time
8 final bottle
8:15 bed

ETA: We do the shower last thing before bottle (ped. told us to skip sippys since Will doesn't want to drink independently yet), so we put the diaper on right before he goes down
