Before & After pictures
So we're finally all settled in... it seems like it's been forever, and I realized I don't think I ever posted Before and After pictures...
We did all the work ourselves (well, my brother is in construction and did it with my DH! He's done work in a few other LIFer's homes, if anyone needs a reliable handyman :) ) and the faux finishes in the living area and bedroom were done by my mom, Debbie, an LIF vendor . We loved our granite guy, too! Cabinets were Lowe's, and no problems.
KITCHEN BEFORE
Don't you love the useful wall without cabinets???
KITCHEN AFTER
We turned what was their dining room into an extension of the kitchen with an island with 4 stools.

everything looks gorgeous!!! so rich & elegant! I LOVE the kitchen! what a great use of space! and that backsplash is awesome!! great job on everything!
