Before and After- I can not believe the difference
a little background- in May of 2011 I found out I was diabetic- I was 91 lbs
once I got my sugar under control- I blew up to 147- at 5'2- I was never more then 130 before all this- so I was uncomfortable in my own skin and my normal menthods of dropping weight did nothing
about 2 months ago- I became vegan, then I started mixing up work outs, running, walking and pilates
and of course it works wraps!
the green dress pic was posted on FB after my nephews christining- I was hysterical-
the black and white dress is from this am
I have no idea what I weigh- and I don't really care- my old clothes fit and I like my body again! I finally feel like myself after almost 18 months of health and body struggles

thanks girls
until I saw those 2 pics next to each other I really wasn't seeing how far I came
this was the biggest struggle of my life- I always yo-yoed- but the weight always came off as easily as it went on
being vegan really gave me the control I needed over the battled I was having as a diabetic- with the "I can't eat that"
now it's I DON'T eat that- the control is back on me
I am not really dieting- just eating real heathly food- I am so much happier
the pilates is really amazing- I lost so much muscle from being sick- and I feel so much stronger
