Being a bridesmaid......

Anyone ever a bridesmaid in a wedding and HATE the dress?

I went out with my friend today and the other 2 bridesmaids and they selected a dress that the bride LOVES.......... In the meantime, the bridesmaids are so much taller than me- I'm just 5' tall. They all looked really cute in the dress, but it looked so frumpy on me and it wasn't cheap either

Of course I wasn't going to say anything.... It's HER wedding and for my wedding she put on a smile and wore the gown I selected (although, she looked awesome in it and I think she DID genuinely like it! ) I just felt like it wasn't my place to say anything....

Oh, and I may be pregnant at her wedding but the dress clearly DOES NOT suit a pregnant belly It has a band around the belly and in my opinion, actually looks quite bulky. (on the taller girls it didn't make that bulky impact like it did on me)

I just couldn't help putting on that dress and feeling like an a$$.

I was in a wedding 3 years ago and wore the ugliest dress! I wasnt uncomfortable in it, it was just ugly (IMO) I sucked it up and wore it. The bride was happy and I still had a great time at the wedding!
