it sucks...so bad. i feel for you! i have to say its the hardest thing i have ever done. there is so much to do, so much to juggle, and so much i am missing,,,that it kicks my azz every day.

that was my life last year when I was commuting 4 hours a day (from PA to NYC and back). I was dying..mentally and physically. I was doing it for 2 years before DS. once he came along i wanted to jump off abridge.

I was at the train station at 6:15 am; getting home by 6:15 pm. I was shot. By the time I would sit down to do anything its 9pm.

I gave up my job and got a not so challenging, crappy paying part time job 5 min from home. Best thing I did for my sanity.


Its hard..it really is. whether you stay at home or work full time. The responsibilities are endless and not enough hours in the day.

I know exactly what you mean. I am so sorry!

I like Christine's suggestion about having them provide you with a calendar of events so you can stay on top of what's going on. There's just way too much...I would think that they would understand.


But stop this bad mom stuff...you are by far one of the best mommies I have the priviledge to call a friend. Your kids are happy and healthy...and they adore you.

working mommy here too. i feel exactly like you and it can be overwhelming and exhausting. im hoping whenever we decide to have another DC that i will be able to work part time or find a job working from home full time. i miss DS alot when I'm at work.

I feel exactly the same, I can not keep up with all the stuff that comes home from school.
