belly touching
ummm.... i am only 13 weeks. will people please stop groping me???! relatives are already grabbing at the belly...how am i going to handle this for the rest of the pregnancy? 
not to mention, i am unsure how much is baby and how much is fat!

People get excited. When you are later on in the pregnancy it may not bother you as much because it doesn't feel as personal. at least not to me anyway. I do have friends that have hands off policies. You might want to just tell people that they can look but not touch! I think most people can understand not wanting others to touch you....

Everyone has been grabbing my stomach and I barely have a bump, so it feels so strange. When I'm bigger, I don't care if my family touches my stomach, but strangers are another story!

i really dont care if family/friends touch my belly... what really gets me is co-workers.... co-workers that i dont even know will touch my belly if i pass them in the hallway or see them in the lunchroom -- its SOOOOOO annoying!!!!! some of them i barely know for god's sake!

At my FIL's wake last week all of my DH's family was coming up to me and rubbing the belly and I was very surprised at how much I didn't care. They are family - I know I would care if it were a stranger or someone at work.. but I really didn't mind at all.. maybe even kinda liked the attention

I love when people touch my belly, it makes it feel more real and I'm so proud..lol but alot of people don't like it. I guess you have to lay boundries early on?

i just remembered- my girlfriend wore a shirt all through her pregnancy- it said, you can touch my belly if I can punch you in your face

my family is touching me and even some of my yoga students! i don't mind; it makes me feel good to know everyone is excited! but this is a case where EVERYONE is different.

i hated it. especially during the first trimester where there wasnt really a belly or any movement to feel.
i really have no advice. i would just dodge the ppl that were touchy to avoid the temtation of breaking their hand.
