I'm the opposite. I never drank soda before I was pregnant. Now one of the only drinks that don't make me gag is Coke so I drink it all the time. I also drink lemonade and Snapple White Tea.

decaf coffee, decaf ice tea.... before the GD, I'd occassionally have decaf coca cola or juice diluted with water.
For GD 'snacks', I drink horizon organic chocolate milk.....

I drink a cup of coffee every morning (doc okay'ed it). I drink water and then at lunch kiwi and strawberry GAtorade (electrolytes!). When we go out to dinner I drink Ginger Ale or, if I am being really fancy, a Shirley Temple.

I have had terrible migraines, and iced tea helps a little. I know it has caff., but they say that 2 small servings a day won't hurt the baby (I hope!)

Mainly water.....I keep some juicy juice 100% juice boxes in the fridge (6.5 ozs) and have one every once in a while.
My first trimester I lived on chocolate milk made with ovaltine......can't stomach it anymore......

I try to mostly drink water. I do drink a bit more soda than I want though because right now it's really helping to settle my stomach while water just makes me sicker.

be careful about seltzer, there have been studies that show it's not good for your bones if you drink too much. It has to do with calcium depletion, make sure to drink and obtain good calcium foods.

I like these fruit juices that are supposed to be natural with no added preservatives. Bolthouse. My favorite flavor is berry boost.

I was drinking alot of ginger ale.. but i stopped buying so i would stop it. Now pretty much water seems to be what i drink.. I add lemon to it.. kinda my own version of lemonade. If we go out for dinner or lunch.. i still sneak in that ginger ale.

My favorite "cocktail" is seltzer with a splash of cranberry or pomegranate juice. YUMMY! I also use lemon-lime seltzer with a splash of cranberry and it reminds me of a cosmo.
