I'm trying to see deals for this Travel Tuesday but I'm not sure what airline to look at. Thanks!

Re: Best airline to London?
Flew to London the last 2 summers. First trip was Virgin, which we were really happy with. This past year was with British Airways. Flight on the way home was cancelled, and they didn’t get us a flight til the next day. Took us 6 hours waiting at the airport to get the arrangements made for hotel, transportation, and flights. Found most of the BA employees we dealt with to be not really helpful. If prices were similar, I would definitely choose Virgin, and would fly from Heathrow and not Gatwick.

Re: Best airline to London?
Virgin Atlantic or BA. BA can be a pain customer service wise. With BA it might also be operated by AA.
I only had one problem with BA and they changed a flight from London to Munich for me, but I got a refund because of some European law with regards to time. They did also bump me up to Business class from NY to London, so that was great.
I have no complaints about Virgin. Their customer service is awesome. I got bumped up to Premium from London to Johannesburg. One the return flight, we got one free upgrade to Premium and paid for the other. It was well worth it.
I’d just go by price, really.
Heathrow is easier to fly to, but Gatwick isn’t awful. There is an airport train that isn’t too expensive, but the airport is super boring. Terminal 5 (BA) in Heathrow has a lot more shopping and better food than Gatwick. Heathrow is cheaper to get into the city if you take the tube and not the Paddington express, but it costs the same as the trains that go to Gatwick.
