Best diaper rash cream
DD has diaper rash (what baby doesn't, right?) - anyway, I have been using Destin clear, and for awhile the rash seemed to be better, but is now getting worse. What do you use?

Triple Paste is a miracle cream.
My DS didn't have a diaper rash until he was 1, we only used a little bit of A&D if needed, and then the Triple Paste if he has a rash.

something with zinc oxide..... and change the diapers super-frequently
we use mamabee's diaper creme

The only thing that has ever worked on DD is Butt Paste
We use A&D (since we have it) and that seems to work well, but when the rash gets bad, nothing takes it away like the butt paste

see my son has the worst diaper rash and this does not work...I think I will try butt paste.

I use the Desitin creamy, which is white. Really, I think the key is changing the diapers frequently. I try to do what daycare does and change him every 2 hours, regardless of how wet the diaper is. I also don't put him down for a nap unless I put a clean diaper on him.

I've tried them all (DD has recurrent diaper rash ) and my favorites are Triple Paste and Desitin Overnight creamy (purple bottle)

Slight diaper rash: Butt Paste
Severe diaper rash: Earth Mama Angel Baby Butt Balm - this stuff is awesome!! I'd use it everyday if it wasn't so  but we have it at all times just in case!

Our pediatrician recommended desitin. We haven't used it yet though because our baby doesn't have diaper rash....yet.
