Best Fish Recipes
I would love to eat more fish. But I really have only 3-4 fish recipes I like. 1 for salmon, 1 for white fish, 1 for mussels and 1 for anchovies.
I'd love more white fish or scallops or other easy fish recipes. If you have 1 favorite fish dish can you please share?

Re: Best Fish Recipes
These are a few favorites.
NY Times shrimp scampi recipe
Grilled sea bass Love sea bass and this is my go to recipe. I've done it in the oven or on the grill.
chili lime cod I don't make cod but I use this recipe a lot for fluke. Again, I sometimes modify it for the grill or oven.
My other go to is fish tacos or taco bowls. There are tons of recipes available so I change it up a lot. I usually use fluke.

Re: Best Fish Recipes
Fish is easy, I just don't make it often because I like it fresh and can't get to the store often.
Red Snapper : Brush with little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and lemon. mix panko bread crumbs, lemon zest, salt, granulated garlic and paprika, add little lemon juice and olive oil to moisten. Put snapper filets on a parchment lined baking sheet, top with bread crumb mixture, bake at 400 for 20 minutes until fish flakes.
Salmon with teriyaki glaze : Kikkoman makes a good teriyaki glaze and Soy Vey marinades are tasty too. Glaze and bake at 300 for 20 minutes or so until done. I usually pop it in the broiler for a minute or two to crisp the top. Arctic Char is good too, looks like salmon but has a sweeter taste.
Sometimes I just bake the salmon with a little oil, lemon and salt, make a dill cucumber salad on the side and pour some of the dressing over the cooked fish.
Flounder I like as a fried fillet, but only once in a while.
I don't cook oily fish like swordfish or shark inside because they STINK up the house.
