best mortgage rates?
anybody use garden city mortgage or bethpage federal credit union? they seem to have lower rates.....
i got a quote from wells fargo above 6.8... no thanks
anyone know any better lower mortgage companies?

im using chase...my friend is a broker there. let me know if you want his info. i locked in at 5.875% 2 weeks ago.

i would love his info...... thank u so much... feel free to FM me. I really appreciate it. Chase rates seem so high tho compared to the rest. but 5.875 is phenomenal, lucky u locked in.
