Best Pot Roast Recipe EVER!
I always love Ina Garten's recipes, but this one was AMAZING! I had a pot roast in the freezer, and I think all the ingredients cost me $20 or so, but the gravy lasted for days and it was divine, we ate it over pasta and over mashed potatoes. You need to try it!

I made this today, and I wasn't wowed. The Rosemary flavor overpowered the sauce. I was disappointed.

I haven't tried this recipe, but I love Pioneer Woman's Perfect Pot Roast recipe...simple but delicious
