I have been taking the natures made ones even before I became pregnant. I had no reaction, nausea etc from them. I get them from Costco.

I was taking Vitafusion gummies until my Doctor said she wanted me to have something with more DHA. I now take Nature's Made but they are not gummies.

I used Enfamil Expecta. It had a DHA vitamin with the prenatal and i never had a problem with it.

I took the One A Day Prenatals. They weren't that big and easy to swallow. I also didn't get sick from them.

I took New Chapter perfect prenatal plus the prenatal dha with all 3 of my pregnancies.
Neither ever bothered my stomach even when it was empty.

I take the Garden of Life ones, I think the New Chapter are supposed to be good as well.
Look for one that has Folate NOT Folic Acid (folate is naturally occuring, folic acid is the synthetic form- google to read more about it!)
