Harry S. Truman
He handled all of the foreign affairs, while still maintaining an eye domestically.
"The buck stops here." - just a great motto all around. I think this administration uses the phrase more literally though.

ditto, that was his only fault. he couldn't keep it in his pants but he did a lot for this country.

He may be one of the best domestic president we ever had. He did a lot for the poor, needy, youth, etc. His personality and ego got in the way.
