DS likes white fish (tilapia/cod) with old bay and butter. Sometimes I add lemon juice/zest. I add capers to mine. I do scallops baked w/ butter and garlic over pasta.
He also love salmon so I get enough for 2 meals. The first night we have baked salmon/marinated. A few days later I make salamon burgers w/ lemon zest/juice, breadcrumbs, grated onion, basil, old bay and whatever else I pull out.
I want to make Mediterranean Halibut Sandwiches from Giada but I haven't yet:
