Best Variance Company ???
Has anyone used a variance company to get a fence on a corner lot? we went back and forth with different privacy options, but we both want a 6 foot fence for the back yard and have seen similar homes in the area with 6' fences on corner lots, so we know it is doable, but we want to use the money wisely and go with a company that wins often.
