Beta # and progesterone Q (sorry long)
Hi ladies. As you may know I have recently gone through several failed IUI cycles. Well, this month I somehow got a BFP on a natural cycle, the only thing I was using was crinone 1x a day during my 2WW, like I would with my IUI cycles, since I have a short LP. On the morning of 10dpo I woke up to use the bathroom and saw I was bleeding, in fact, I thought I was starting AF. I also got a faint line on a Wondfo, so decided to put the crinone in anyway. Fast forward to the evening, I took a FRER and digital which came up positive. I was concerned about the bleeding so I took an additional dose of crinone at night. I called up my RE office and went in this morning for beta, I just got the call, the number is 29 (I am 11dpo- I think this is ok?) and progesterone 17. The nurse said that she only wants me to use the crinone 1x a day and not 2x a day, but I'm concerned that I may start bleeding again. Do you think the progesterone that i took last night had any effect on the bloodwork this morning? I think I heard somewhere that crinone doesn't get factored into bloodwork? I'm just so scared I'll wake up tomorrow again bleeding. In any case, I go back Thursday and I'm super nervous.

Crinone doesn't affect your blood levels. So they can't determine how much you are taking by that number. 17 is pretty good! I know most will prob disagree, but if you have enough, doing two times a day for the next week or so won't harm you. After low p levels, I was on PIO but still did crinone (they didn't know) and that was my successful bfp. An 11dpo with that # brings you above 50 for 14 dpo which is what they like. Seems like this just might be your miracle!

beta # is totally fine for 11dpo (mine was 31 at 13dpo) and crinone does not factor into blood work. i only ever used 1x a day but i did not bleed. hope this is it for you!

Re: Beta # and progesterone Q (sorry long)
Thank you both so much for the reassurance!
I totally would double up on the crinone on my own (like I did yesterday) but I wouldn't have enough to get me through the next 8 or so weeks and I am sure the nurse would not be willing to order me more! I asked if she could refill my RX and she asked me how many boxes I have left!
Ugh oh well, all I can do is hope for the best!

I'd follow the nurse's instructions. Your numbers sound fine and bleeding can be totally normal. I bled when I got a BFP, too.

Re: Beta # and progesterone Q (sorry long)
Thanks ladies!!! Well I wasn't bleeding this morning and I just used 1 crinone yesterday so I'm hoping that's a good sign. I go back for 2nd beta tomorrow.
Thanks again for all the support/advice/feedback
