Beyond horrible headaches and dull cramps

anyone suffer from cramps or headaches in the 2nd trimester?
I get relief from the cramps.. they come and go but the headaches are constant and bad and I cant find anything to help.
I am trying to call my doctor but of course they never answer

Re: Beyond horrible headaches and dull cramps
Sorry I'm not in my 2nd tri yet, but wanted to give you hope you feel better!!
The headaches might be due to the heat - I've been having them ever since the temps spiked upwards.
Feel better!!

Re: Beyond horrible headaches and cramps
I just posted about headaches yesterday. I have been miserable, also in my 2nd trimester. It got so bad yesterday I even puked from it. I have heard we should be trying to drink like a gallon of water while it is this hot out. You dont want to end up in the hospital because of dehydration.
Stay out of the sun and heat and drink a tone of water. feel better

Re: Beyond horrible headaches and dull cramps
As someone that never drinks enough it seems silly to tell you to drink more water. But not drinking enough water can cause the cramps. Hope you feel better!

Re: Beyond horrible headaches and dull cramps
The water def. helps with the cramps. I have gotten headaches pretty frequently this time and Tylenol has given me some relief.

Re: Beyond horrible headaches and dull cramps
So sorry to hear this but both are common in the 2nd trimester. I got a headache so badly at 14 weeks that I had to stay home from work and slept in the bed all day. If i raised my head it hurt. Only thing that worked was Tylenol and a lot of sleep.
Feel better. Since that one I have had only 1-2 minor ones.
