BF babies....can anyone tell me WHEN it gets better?
today started out good...he ate 7/7:30am, wnet down into the swing and slept til l11:30 when he ate. Stayed up till 12:45/1pm.
Slept till 2, ate again
Fussed...went to sleep at 3:30 (then DD woke up) and woke up at 4
Ate at 5 (3 oz formula)
slept for another 30 min 5:45-6:15pm
FINALLY passed out around 7pm I think and is still sleeping IN THE SWING in my kitchen.
All I want to do is go to SLEEP.
And overnight...the most I get is 4 hours from one feeding to another

I feel your pain. Not only does DD eat every 3 hours (she does have one 4-hour stretch in the early morning hours), but she seems to have her days and nights mixed up and she thinks her 'night time' is 4am-noon, this is when she sleeps the best...oh, and she also refuses to sleep in her bassinet at night, so I have to sleep in the living room chair holding her  She's 4.5 weeks.
Hoping it gets better for both of us

It started getting noticebly better at 3 months, and then significantly better when we started cereal at 4 months.

It gets better, probably around the 12 week mark, though I have to tell you, Alex was the exception to that rule. But, on the other hand, I don't know about the other ladies, but Alex did SO much better at daycare than most of her little friends in terms of illness. She got sick often, but each bug only lasted a day or so, while the others in her class would be out of commission for at least 3-4 days. It's worth it - you should be SO proud of yourself!
