haven't had the opportunity to eat chinese yet since i've been breastfeeding, but i plan on it eventually. while i'll try to avoid msg, i'm also not going to go crazy avoiding any foods. i'm going to eat everything i want in moderation, as i did in pregnancy. it's the only way i will be able to stay sane and continue BFing!

I would usually ask if they could make it without the MSG, but if they couldn't I ate it anyway.
