BFers-organic soy milk
Okay to drink, right? Someone told me this can mess with your natural hormones.

Personally, I have stayed away from all things soy because of the estrogen.

My ped. never said anything to me about drinking it. It was one of my alternitives since DD has allergies to all dairy. So I did drink it but I hated it and it turned out that she is allergic to that too.

other side here...
dd has to drink soy b.c she is lactose intolerant. i drink soy now too. never once did our ped or my doc say to not drink soy milk. check with your doctor first before you throw it all away.
