BFing and not feeling hungry
Anyone not feel particularly hungry when they first gave birth/started breastfeeding? I feel like I'm forcing myself to eat and a lot of times I feel nauseous. This is definitely NOT like me at all. I know I have to eat more to keep up my supply so I am concerned. I took my temperature and I don't have a fever, just wondering if this is all part of getting readjusted.

I felt that way for the first couple of weeks. I ate mostly watermelon...I didn't seem to have the energy or desire for much else.

I don't think the hunger set in for a while. It was at least a few weeks before I could eat a small horse

ditto! It lasted about a week with me. But soon your baby is going to be eating more from you and you will be starving all the time!

Are you feeling a little blue or down? I had the pregnancy blues and had no appetite at all, I think it was from feeling down, but everyone is different.
