BFing moms - Foods to avoid?
So Ryan is a champ and BFing has become so much easier for us.
But, he farts all day everyday. He doesn't seem to be too fussy so I don't think it is bothering him but I still feel bad.
Can anyone give a list of foods to avoid gas? I know broccoli and peppers are on the list, but not sure what else is. I have a solid stomach and never had gas issues personally.
