BFing moms on dairy/soy free diet

Can you give me some suggestions on easy things to prepare or make? DS is really fussy from teething and not letting me put him down, so I'm having a really hard time with food.

Also, what do you end up eating? What brands have you found that are soy & dairy-free? This diet has been really difficult, but I am determined to do it, and I know it will get easier.

I was dairy free for almost a year..it was tough, but not so bad. I found a lot of stuff @ Whole Foods.

Tofutti - makes dairy free cream cheese and ice cream.

I drank Rice Dream regular & chocolate milk.

Paul Newman has dairy free oreos..IMO they are better than regular oreos lol.

I believe the brand was Earth's Best - they make a dairy free butter spread.

I think munchkinfacemama is a on a pretty strict diet. Maybe you can FM her and she can give you some ideas.
