I used Medela PISA and was happy with it. I however don't have experience with any other pump so I have nothing to compare against.

I tried a few with DD(spent more on breastfeeding essentials than formula down the road ) and the Medela PIS advanced was the closet to the hospital pump that I rented at the beginning.

Avent ISIS IQ. It works fine, but it is the only pump I;ve ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to.

Medela PISA and love it! Also, the car adapter accessory has been really handy for pumping on long roadtrips...and whenever the power went out in our house and I desperately needed to pump!
