give it some time, when she's hungry enough she'll figure it out...
you may want to check the nipple flow as well, i know when i tried to introduce the bottle to DD#1 the flow was too much and she freaked out. i played around with a few different bottles and nipples and finally found a happy medium.

They make bottles that are more similar to a breast. The Adiri Natural Nurser is one. They sell them at giggle.com. Thought it might help! Tried to post a pic, but it didnt work.

i had this problem too except i didnt have to go back to work. i would try to not nurse her for 3 hours and then see if she takes the bottle. my son needed to be happy and hungry before he finally took it after 3 weeks of trying everyday, and a lot of tears (his and mine).

Be persistant and eventually it will work. I had this problem but at 7 mos. It took two weeks and eventually he took it. But, it took months b/f he would drink a lot from it. I would just replace one feeding with the bottle and if DC doesn't take the bottle I would skip that feeding - but, not sure if at this age you want to do that.
Don't worry - eventually it will happen. I really thought DS would NEVER drink from a bottle. Finally he did. Now I can't get him to STOP

We had a lot of trouble too! But, eventually it worked out. We had to make sure that someone else was giving DD the bottle and I was nowhere in sight. I would go into another room before we attempted the bottle.
The other thing that helped us was warming up the pumped BM. She wouldn't touch it unless it was warm.
Good luck!
