Big appointment this morning... (long) *UPDATE* with pics
*UPDATE*
So the appointment went quite well this morning! Not perfect, but DH and I were very happy to see our LO.
Apparently my OB was concerned about my placenta being low and had marked it as a previa review as well (I had placenta previa at 12 weeks) but the good news is my placenta has moved to 32 mm away from my cervix, which apparently is "plenty of room" so my doc is totally not concerned about that anymore. Funny how I didn't even realize that was a concern since the white spot came up!
There still is a slight spot on the baby's heart, but it is NO WHERE near as dark (white in the sono) as it was 8 weeks ago. The tech said it looked just like a strong muscle, which is what my doctor said even back at 19 weeks, and she said she could only see it at one angle and barely. I had my OB appointment right after and he is COMPLETELY not concerned about it. He doesn't think it's a marker for anything at all.
So the great news... she's still a girl! (Whew.) And, she already weighs 2 lbs 11 oz!!!! I can't even believe it! My fluid levels are perfect, and her heartbeat is a strong 151 bpm still. She's measuring 2 days ahead and in the 51st percentile at this point, which the tech said was perfect as well.  She's also head down, but my OB says she's still got plenty of time to move around so not to get too excited by that lol.
Apparently, she's lying in there with her feet up by her head lol. I got two cute pictures today that I want to share. One of them, it looks like she has a butterfly on her nose, but it's actually a combo of a hand and a foot.
I annotated the sonos just to make them a tiny bit easier to read...
I'm up 19 lbs now at 28 + weeks and my OB says I'm doing great! He's so happy I'm still going to the gym several days a week, and is also happy I'm listening to my body when it tells me to slow down a little or do some of the cardio on the floor instead of the step. (His wife goes to the gym with me -- it's pretty funny.)
I scheduled my next two appointments already since now Ill go every 2 weeks. I'll be back at 30 1/2 w and then again at 32 1/2 w... I can't believe how quickly time is flying now!
Thank you so so so so so much everyone for your wishes, cares, and prayers. It means so much to me to share all this with you!
The best thing my OB said to me today was that if, for some crazy reason, our LO was born soon, she'd be able to breathe on her own and should be just fine. Amazing. I still want her to hang on until AT LEAST after Thanksgiving...
I also got my flu shot today and am feeling so so good. Life is just amazing sometimes.

We're heading out to the doctor soon for my 28 w 3 d appointment and the OB is letting me have another sono to check on the white spot on our LO's heart we saw at the anatomy scan and level 2. I'm  ing that it's gone now, which he says is a good possibility.
This is also the last 4-week appointment I have. After this, I start going every 2 weeks.
I got all the paperwork and the course booklet for our labor & delivery class in the mail yesterday and DH bought a book at B&N about being a daddy that he started reading last night. He asked me when we buy essentials (I told him we'll wait to see what we get at the shower) and he asked if I registered for diapers. (LOL I did.) He's so cute sometimes.
It's starting to feel *very* real. As if the little wiggly thing in my belly wasn't enough to make me realize...

Hope the spot on your LO's heart is gone, it probably is!!! It's very exciting and nerve wracking at the same time. Enjoy the sono though! We had a sono at 28w as well to see if the 2 cysts on my  brain went away and they were completely gone! Here are some for you and your baby! Good luck!

Glad you had a good appt. That is good news that the spot is not as noticeable and your Dr doesnt seemed to be worried at all.
