birthday desserts
DS's birthday is coming up.
damn, i can't believe that in a couple of weeks i will be the VERY PROUD mother of a 24-year-old man!! 
i'd like to make him something other than a chocolate cake.
please give me suggestions for (and recipes) for fun birthday desserts (yes, he loves chocolate).

This is my go to recipe. It’s an awesome chocolate cheesecake. You can use a graham cracker crust as well. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t really care for chocolate.

Not a cake, but s'mores bars. Always and forever!!!
They are so easy and I make them all the time for work and for parties. People go nuts for them.

Lava cake, smooth and runny chocolate flowing from a warm cake. You can top it with chocolate ice cream :)
