Birthday hats at first b-day party?
Did you give the kids (guests, not birthday baby) the paper hats to wear at the party?
I wasn't planning on it, didn't know if it would be weird if I didn't do it.

I only had a dozen and used them more as decorations on the table than hats. I don't think it would be weird not to have them.
