Blackberry pet peeve
WHY can't they give you a keypad so you know which letters correspond to each number you dial?
for example, if i need to call 1-800-BALLYS, i have no way of knowing which numbers for the B-A-L-L-Y-S
so annoying!

I would assume that they think that you just go by a normal telephone keypad for those numbers. It was that way for so long, that I think it becomes habit. I like it when company's post the actual numbers as well as the letters. Less to figure out.

I was upset when I had to dial a name in a telephone number, but then realized that you can actually type the LETTER in and it will dial.
so for 1800Ballys -- you would literally put that in.

WOW, I never knew that? Have to try it! I have the keypad memorized (sick I know) and just do it the hard way!

you can actually go to a website and scroll over the number on the website and dial it from there too by clicking it.
