Bladder infection - now with upset stomach

So the antibiotic I'm taking has given me horrible diarea and I have ZERO appetite. I've forced myself to eat a little today including a cup of yogurt and drink a ton of water and even a bottle of cranberry juice (which is actually sugar water with a splash of actual cranberry juice). I've been in the bathroom in one way or another all day. I stayed home, but I feel kind of bad b/c I'm only going to be working another 3 weeks before maternity leave. However, I'm afraid to return to work unable to eat or keep food in me. I'm supposed to stay on this antibiotic until Friday. Any advice? Is it safe to return to work in this condition? Granted, today I stayed home purely b/c it's so darn uncomfortable and I need to be near a toilet constantly.

I wouldnt go back to work until you feel better. Better safe than sorry. Feel better soon

That has happened to me before from taking an antibiotic. Unfortunately, I didn't feel better until after I stopped taking it. I have a feeling you may be out of work this whole week.
