blankets and newborns
Based on that poor baby that died by being smothered by a blanket, my heart breaks for that poster and her family, I am wondering is it safe to use the miracle blanket to swaddle. I have registered for sleep sacs and was going to purchase the miracle blanket due to the rave reviews about it but am not sure if that may pose a threat....
By the way, sorry to have jumped over to parenting as I'm not yet a mom but you ladies have some wonderful advice and I am now reading this board daily!!!

The miracle blanket and sleep sacs are a great alternative! I say keep them on the list - they will come in handy!

I would never use a blanket. EVER...I do use the miracle blanket and I love it and so far my son has never gotten out of it. Its nearly impossible if not impossible.
