Bleeding Found on Ultrasound UPDATE
On Thursday, I had my first obgyn appt to confirm pregnancy and ended up having my first ultrasound, measuring 7 weeks. I got a call from the NP at my obgyn a bit ago and she told me that there was bleeding on the u/s and said it was maybe implantation bleeding. I'm going back in 15 days for another u/s. She also told me pelvic rest, no sex.
Of course I googled and all the not good things come up. I haven't had any bleeding. Anyone experience this? Trying not to get worked up but I'm very concerned.
UPDATE - I had the u/s this morning and the baby appears fine. There's still a blood pool but it's smaller, which is a a good sign but still nerve racking to me. I'll be going back in two weeks for a follow up. Thanks for all the kind words.

I have no experience with this, but I can tell you google can be very informative and your worst enemy. I put it in the same category as product reviews. People are more likely to post a negative comment than a positive one.
Hopefully you are ok.

There were some girls on here not that long ago that actually HAD bleeding and they were able to see some bleeding on the u/s and it was from implantation. Their pregnancies are coming along just fine.
And STOP STOP STOP googling!!! It's the worst thing ever!

Bleeding is commonly seen on US and the office is concerned bc they do not know if it's an old bleed or a new bleed. Not enough information to get from it yet, esp since you are not spotting or anything. Deep breaths and no googling. I had bleeding for quite a few weeks before they could find the bleeding on US and it soon dissolved. Hang in there!

Thanks for the replies. I'm actually going to the dr tomorrow morning. I've been feeling off all day with a dull lower ache in my abdomen. I called the dr's office and they told me I had two options, either go to the ER or the office tomorrow.
Hoping for some positive news and peace of mind. Will update.

I had bleeding at 12 weeks and my son was born perfectly healthy at 39 weeks. hang in there!!
