Bleu cheese
Can I have it if it's melted? OK, so- I will probably have it anyway, but melted is better, right?

Re: Bleu cheese
So, I guess what I'm asking is, wouldn't the potential bacteria in unpasteurized cheese be killed with heat? Or are there other reasons we shouldn't eat it.I can of course ask the deli if the bleu chees eis pasteurized, but I feel silly doing so.

Re: Bleu cheese
I eat bleu cheese all the time unmelted... I buy it often from the supermarket and I haven't seen any that is unpasteurized... If you melt it, should be fine...
