I think HIV treatment makes you lose weight and look more aged. I've been googling all these actors to see if any of them are looking a little thinner and older. I wonder who it is. I'm so bad at these blind items. I would rule out anyone in their 30's though. I def think they consider middle aged over 40. I would think 50's

So around 38 a male would technically be middle aged.

Those who have said Tom Cruise. Has he had a reputation for being a womanizer? Does he have tattoos? I feel like he doesn't fit the bill.
I am thinking this is more like Sheen, Colin Farrell or even Mickey Rourke because of their previous bad boy reputations.

The expression "middle aged" has never referred to someone in their 30's. Yes Hollywood has different standards but that's just silly.
Not to mention the article says "decades of debauchery", which makes mid 30's even less likely.

Did anyone read the story about the porn star on the daily mail website? She slept with this A-lister frequently a few years ago (she's been tested and fine) and she said that he has slept with over 50 porn stars in the last few years and multiple transvestites. This is all in addition to his Hollywood conquests.
