bloat/gas pain during AF?
what do you take? midol? Help
I've never had this before being PG and now it has happened a few times during AF. It is so uncomfortable, its from under my boobs down to my belly button and if I press it hurt (not super painful, but annoying)

always happens to me, I don't find any meds that help it, only relief I get it when I drink tea, or lay down on my side. chamomile with sugar works best, but in a pinch, any tea with sugar helps me a ton
I also notice ibuprophen helps lessen the "swelling" pain, probably decreases swelling making the bloating lessen
