Blood test results question...
I was just wondering if your RE generally gives you your blood test results (in numbers) or if most of you have to ask for them....I have never asked specifically for the #'s and I would really like to know them so I can keep track- Just wondering ...Thanks  !!!!!

In the beginning they didn't but after I asked for them a few times they started giving them to me each time. Just tell the nurse you want them.
ETA: Since I started injectibles I've been keeping track of my numbers each time they take blood. I don't know what for LOL but I just feel better about having them for some reason.

They don't tell me unless I ask. They'll just say, "going up" or something like that.
They did tell me the # when I had positive HCG last cycle, and what my progesterone was.

me too-- I always ask just for curiosity but def since being on injectibles

Thanks everyone- I am definately going to start asking (not that I know what the #'s mean , but I think I will feel empowered (sp?) LOL !!!!....I just read a quote thats so true-
Tell me and I will forget

I've always wanted to ask and felt funny- but the heck with it I'm asking !!!!

Both...sometimes I had to ask, most times I asked....Other times they would randomly tell me.

It's so much better to ask....even if you don't know and post your numbers here. There are so many women here who can help you figure out what the numbers mean.
