explain what you mean by smocked (i'm a dope when it comes to this  ). It was mostly light blue and white with cherries on the bottom left or right side (can't remember which side though). It wasn't covered with cherries.
Another dress I saw WAS covered with small cherries - had almost a golf tshirt look to it. very cute...
