BM storage question
I always went by the rule of 4...4hrs, 4 days, 4 months, but I forget, if you have milk in the fridge for a few days can you move it to the freezer if you don't use it?

Thanks! I had some milk that was 3 and 4 days old so I moved it to the freezer today.

Re: BM storage question
I was told by my lactation consultant to only freeze it if it's been in the fridge less than 24 hours. Interesting how we all go by the same, yet different, rules.
You can always use that milk in the fridge for a feeding and pump fresh milk to store.
