Boneless Pork Chops

I have some thin boneless pork loin cutlets. What can I make with these?
I am really trying to use what I've got at home this week rather than spend money.
I've got asparagus, colored bell peppers, onions, garlic and spinach as far as veggies go.

Any ideas?

I'm making the same type this weekend. Making Pork Milanese... basically just thin pork cutlets seasoned, dredged in flour, dunked in egg and then coated in Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan before being lightly pan fried. Squeeze a little lemon over them and done. Delicious.
