Book Recs

Okay, as awful as it sounds, I kind of stopped reading for pleasure these past few years. I want to start reading again but need something that will really keep my interest.

Any recs? I'm looking for something light, quick, humorous, meaningful... I'm open to any suggestions. Just not scary, mystery, sad, no vampires, no sci fi...

The Chelsea Handler books. I like the first 2, Are You There Vodka, It's me Chelsea, and My Horizontal Life. If you're looking for funny you can also try This is Where I Leave You by Jonathan Tropper

Re: Book Recs

All good choices above. Most ideas for books to read I get from the currently reading thread.

Jeffrey Archer is an excellent storyteller! As the Crow Flies, Honor Among Thieves, Cane & Abel, The Prodigal Daughter - all great!!

Olivia Goldsmith's Swicheroo is fantastic! There are some sentimental parts and other parts where I LMAO! Goldsmith wrote First Wives Club as well.

I think that's what I'm looking for, sentimental and LOL. I'll check these out!
