Books for 3 year old?
Good list above! My son is three and some of his current favorites are any of the Pigeon books by Mo Willems, and Press Here.

Re: Books for 3 year old?
I second the Mo Willems recommendation... My DS loves the Pigeon books (he finds them hilarious!). He also likes the a Elephant and Piggy books, and "That Is Not A Good Idea."
The Llama Llama books are cute, as are the Froggy books (I forget the author, but the books are titled things like "Froggy Plays Soccer," "Froggy Goes To a The Doctor, etc"
If your son it into trucks/construction, look into "Goodnight, Goodnight Constructiion Site." When my DS was 3, I think I read it every night! Lol.
