Borders Stores?
Sooo, I know they are still open, they e-mail daily to remind me. I have a $40 gift card I just found for Border's which is timely since I'm going away tomorrow and wanted to buy a few extra beach reads. Does anyone know what condition their stores are in? Is it worth it to go in? I'm specifically looking at the Border's store in the Atlas Mall in Queens. Can I order from them online with my card?

Call and check on their GC policy. I had one and used it the week they announced they were closing. At that time they said it was only usable for 2 more weeks.

They say that every week. I have an e-mail from them yesterday saying that gift cards will be honored. It's also on their website.
ETA: The sale isn't going on online. I guess they intend to keep their online store open after their brick and mortar stores are closed.
