Another vote for room temp! I primarilly BF but when I do give DS formula, it is powder and room temp water. When the nanny give DS expressed bottles, she takes it out of the fridge and lets it sit in a cup of hot water to take the chill off. Never really warmed though (except straight from the tap  )

it is always room temp. he never had a problem drinking it.
