Bounce House Party age
We were invited to a bounce house party. The invite was addressed to the whole family. I have 2 boys. DS1 will have a great time. He is three years old. DS2 is only 14 months. He just started walking. Is this something he can enjoy? If not then I don't want the host wasting money on him.
We will be bringing both boys to the party if that makes a difference. Should I respond for 2 kids or just 1 for participation?

Re: Bounce House Party age
In my experience, bouncer parties are a little hectic and a 14 month old would get trampled in the bouncers. I'm talking about the ones at places like Bounce U, etc. Most of the places have height restrictions too. Maybe check the website and see if your other son would even meet the requirement. I would probably only tell her one child will be participating. I would be nervous with all the other older kids jumping around.

Re: Bounce House Party age
When I was looking into renting a bounce house for my DS's 2nd birthday, the company told me that a child under 36" cannot use their bouncers according to law, so I didn't rent one.
I wouldn't let my kids in a bounce house under 2 years old.

Thanks for the responses. Maybe I'll just get a babysitter for him. If he sees the bounce house he would want to go in with his brother. I don't want to deal with that.

Re: Bounce House Party age
to each is own. I bring my 17mos year old to JUMP with friends and he is fine. We also went to a party at Bounce U and there were 3 little ones included. Most of the bounce places have like a little bouncer for younger guests. My son loves it
In fact, the Safari Adventure even has 1 for the under 3 audience.
