BPA Free Dr Browns or Born Free?

Any difference? Is one better than the other?

I bought Born Free prior to Dr Browns BPA free becoming available, and I don't like that they are so fat, but if they are better I can get used to it.

Well Dr. Brown doesn't make BPA free widenecks, so I had to switch to Born Free. But if they did, I would use Dr. Brown's over Born free. DD doesnt get terrible gas, but definitely more since switching from Dr. Brown

I never used a wide neck with my DD, is that the preference if you BF and bottlefeed? I only bottle feed.

Thanks.

Re: BPA Free Dr Browns or Born Free?

yeah, my DD is mostly BF so she has a really tough time with the standard bottles. If you only bottle feed then I dont see why there would be a problem with the new Dr. Brown's and I would just use them instead of the Born Free

I only bottle feed as well and love the BPA free Dr. Browns. If they reduce gas and colic then why not. I felt like Born free was only popular because at the time they were the only ones making BPA free.

if you hand wash your bottles, born free bottles are much easier to clean, IMO...

I went from avent to BF, so I like the wide neck. One thing I really like about BF (since I bought them when DS was 10+ months) was that they have soft training nipples/sippy cup type nipples
