Braxton Hicks---21 weeks???
I'm 21 weeks and as of last week I started to have a strange tightness in my lower stomach (below my belly button) that lasts about 30 seconds. When I touch that area it is hard as a rock. I get them about 3 times a day---usually once in the morning once in the afternoon and once at night. Should I be concerned????

No. Mine started around then too. Just drink lots of water. Dehydration can cause them. They shouldn't be too regular that early though so if they continue, call the dr.

WOW!!......you started getting them early!! I didn't notice them until I was around 31 weeks. It's normal though, you're just an early bird!!

I am 23 weeks and started getting them in the last week or so. I get a tightness around my belly button. It comes and goes, not very frequent, but they are there!
