Sorry but if my waxer told me that she agreed to give a 13 yr old a Brazilian, I'd find a new waxer. That's disgusting.

The reasons why she needs a bw are just as disturbing to me as her actually getting one. My mind is not going to modeling or swimsuit season it's going to molestation & how men who like little girls wouldn't want them to have hair down there  
The waxer never should have preformed the services! What did they do hold her down? If I was in that profession I wouldn't do a full wax on anyone under 18!
CPS should be called on that women.

It's definately too young at 13. I mean, most girls havent even gotten their periods at 13...they havent reached full puberty. Why on earth would they need to get waxed??
I would say the age should be the legal age of consent, which is 17.

What's the minimum age you can get a piercing (other than ears) or tattoo? I would think it should apply to a Brazillian wax as well.

That shop should put up a sign saying for over 18 only.

when she was telling me i was in the middle i couldnt of walked out covered in wax
its a popular place here Sonia's wax plus in roslyn they have a few other locations as well

too young.. and even if the parent is present the child does not want it, then the waxer should not have done it.. i was allowed to tweeze my eyebrows for the first time for my sweet 16..
