breakfast

anyone else feel like they are feeding their DC the same things every morning? my 20 month old son seems to be eating either eggs or mini waffles with some sort of fruit..he has to be getting bored of the same stuff by now..what is everyone serving these days? suggestions?

I give basically the same thing all the time...She really doesn't love breakfast foods...
She will eat:
scrambled eggs with cheese(ham and cheese)
maybe 1/2 a whole wheat pancake
always fruit
always cheese
occassionally a bagel
a handful of cheerios

But she always seems satisfied and she won't let me feed her oatmeal or yogurt and she can't eat with a spoon even though she wants to, so that rules out anything that isn't finger foods...

I don't feel like I'm feeding her the same thing every day--I *am* feeding her the same thing every day. Mini pancakes and yogurt!!! However, yesterday and today she requested (and ate) Cheerios and milk.

Noah either gets a crumpet with butter and jam on it, a piece of toast with marmite, or a cereal bar...however, most of the food winds up all over the floor, so its a total waste to give him breakfast anyway.

He gets a bowl of cereal at nursery every morning anyway.

DD is almost 16 months old, for breakfast she gets

English muffin with cream cheese
Cinnamon raisin toast with cream cheese
Waffles-with either or combo of butter/cinnamon/syrup
Pancakes with butter/syrup
Cereal-She only like cherios
Oatmeal
Yogurt
Eggs & cheese
Toast with butter/cream cheese/jelly
MIni bagel with cream cheese
Fruit cup sometimes with the above
